Michelle Keegan and Douglas Booth Share Behind-the-Scenes Snaps from New ITV Drama The Blame

Michelle Keegan has shared behind-the-scenes photographs from the set of her new ITV police drama The Blame, in which she stars alongside Douglas Booth. The 38-year-old actress posted a black-and-white image of herself and Booth, 33, both wearing police baseball caps, as filming continued in a forest location.

The drama, based on Charlotte Langley's debut novel, centres on the discovery of the body of a teenage figure skater in the town of Wakestead. The official synopsis describes a story of 'secrets, suspicion and systemic corruption' as detectives Crane (Keegan) and Radley (Booth) uncover a web of lies and institutional cover-ups.

Keegan, who welcomed her daughter Palma earlier this year, also revealed that Wednesdays on set are 'meat free', much to the disappointment of male crew members who were seen cooking on a George Foreman Grill. The cast includes Nigel Boyle, Joe Armstrong, Ian Hart, and others, with Megan Gallagher writing and executive producing the six-part series.

The actress's Instagram posts also captured a small rainbow in the forest where the crew were setting up cameras. Filming comes shortly after Keegan's £80,000 Range Rover Sport was vandalised, but she was later seen collecting nappies for her daughter at a local petrol station.
