Emmerdale star Isabel Hodgins has shared a sweet video of her taking her baby daughter to the ITV soap's set for the first time. The actress, known for playing Victoria Sugden, visited the Leeds-based outdoor village with her husband Adam Whitehead and their daughter Georgie, born in February.
First Visit to the Dales
In a video posted on Instagram, Hodgins showed Georgie and Adam around the iconic locations, including The Woolpack and the Dingle garage. She captioned the post: "Yesterday was special. For the first time, I got to show Georgie (and Adam) around the village that's been such a huge part of my life. I've been lucky enough to call this place work since I was 12 years old, so sharing it with my little family meant so much." She added: "GG's verdict? She'd quite happily move in."
Fans React
Fans were quick to respond with warm messages. @tracy.c70 said: "What a wonderful memory for you showing baby girl where her Mummy works. Absolutely gorgeous family." @oliviaroberts72_ commented: "Love this. Hope you do come back to Emmerdale." Many fans expressed how much they miss seeing Hodgins on screen, with @sue_beale1969 replying: "Amazing! Best show ever! We miss you!"
New Motherhood
The Eccles-born actress is currently on maternity leave after welcoming Georgie on February 13. The baby's arrival came 11 months after Hodgins and Whitehead married in a fairytale wedding at Castlefield Rooms in Manchester, attended by Emmerdale co-stars Danny Miller, Mark Jordon, Laura Norton, Jeff Hordley and Zoë Henry. Hodgins has been playing Victoria Sugden since she was 12 and will celebrate 20 years in the role this October.
