All of You: New Apple TV+ film explores impossible love between friends

The new Apple TV+ film All of You, a heart-rending story of impossible love between two friends, has just been released. Co-written by Ted Lasso star Brett Goldstein and directed by Emmy Award winner William Bridges (known for Black Mirror), the film follows best friends Simon (Goldstein) and Laura (Imogen Poots) from university days.

After Laura takes a test revealing her soulmate is not Simon, despite years of unspoken feelings, they drift apart. Over the years, as their paths continue to cross, both struggle with the sense that they have missed out on a life together. Confronted with the power to change their lives, they must decide whether to risk everything for a love that has always existed.

With the writer of Black Mirror as director, viewers can expect elements of sci-fi woven into the plot, exploring concepts such as emotions being considered a disease and compatibility being scientifically tested. The film is set against sweeping Sussex coasts and flashes of London.
