BBC Morning Live presenter Helen Skelton is set to return for a third series of her popular programme Lost and Found in the Lakes, with an extended run of 20 episodes confirmed by Banijay Entertainment. The show, which first aired in early 2025, has become a hit with viewers as Skelton leads a team of expert divers, detectorists, and magnet fishers to recover sentimental items lost in the Lake District.

Banijay Entertainment announced the news via Instagram this week, posting: "@helenskelton heading back to the Lake District!. @tyrddraig's popular series, Lost and Found in the Lakes, is returning to BBC One for a third series with an extended 20-episode run." To do this, they enlist the help of a specialist social media detective, who will create online campaigns to help reunite owners with their lost possessions."
