Free tickets to watch The Graham Norton Show being recorded live are available to apply for through the ticketing company SRO Audiences. The multi-award-winning chat show, hosted by the Irish presenter, airs on BBC One on Friday nights.
The BBC revealed last year that the programme remains one of the nation's favourite television shows and continues to attract A-list stars and millions of loyal viewers. In statistics published in October 2025, the broadcaster said its then-latest series averaged 2.9 million viewers per episode across the run, retaining its status as the biggest chat show in the market. The show also continues to generate millions of global video views across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
How to apply for free tickets
According to Money Saving Expert, SRO Audiences is one of the largest free ticket providers. Tickets can be found throughout the year for shows including The Martin Lewis Money Show, The Voice, The Graham Norton Show, The Chase, Loose Women, The Last Leg, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Have I Got News For You, Mock the Week and Taskmaster.
Applications are made via sroaudiences.com. SRO Audiences (Standing Room Only) is a UK television and radio audience ticketing company that supplies live studio and location audiences for major entertainment, comedy, quiz and music shows. Officials stress that they try to be as "fair" as they can when issuing tickets. They explain: "Successful applicants are randomly selected from amongst those who apply. We aim to email tickets to the successful applicants as quickly as possible."
Ticket types and waiting list
SRO states that at "most events, there are three types of tickets": production tickets, allocated by the production company to friends and family of the team; priority tickets, for people who have a priority note to use from SRO; and regular tickets. Officials add: "Repeat applications for any given date will be discounted so applying more than once for a particular date will not increase your chances of gaining a ticket."
All tickets are free, and there is no fee to join the mailing list or to apply. Once tickets are allocated for a given date, other applicants go on a waiting list. SRO explains: "Once the tickets are allocated for a given date, other applications will remain in the waiting list in case of returns, and the date will show on the website as 'waiting list only.'" The company asks everyone who receives tickets to let them know if they cannot attend, so the tickets can be passed on. Returns can come in at any time and are also randomly allocated. "Therefore, we do not email those who have been unsuccessful - they may get returns later if someone else returns their tickets."
Venue, entry and accessibility
The show takes place on the dates detailed in the drop-down menus when applying. The venue is Television Centre, White City, West London W12 7FA. The nearest stations are White City or Wood Lane tube stations, or Shepherd's Bush train station. Doors open at 6.15pm, and officials expect the show to end at approximately 9pm. Tickets are limited, so applicants are advised to apply quickly. The minimum age for the show is 18.
Officials caution: "We try to accommodate everyone who attends, but tickets do not guarantee entry as we over-issue tickets to compensate for the inevitable no-shows and base the number issued on the average percentage of tickets used at similar shows." The ticketing company states that "this is an accessible venue" and that they aim to ensure "everyone's visit is as comfortable as possible." If any member of a party has special access needs, applicants should follow the instructions in the 'ACCESS' section of the ticket. Security may request photo ID at the event, so the person applying for the ticket should be the one attending and should enter their own details when applying.
