Emmerdale actor Danny Miller, best known for playing Aaron Dingle, has shared a dramatic before-and-after photo of his weight loss journey over 18 months. The 35-year-old, who also appeared on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, posted the images on Instagram, admitting the difference even shocked him.
In the caption, Miller explained that seeing the older picture made him realise how run down and tired he felt, often putting himself at the bottom of the priority list. He said: 'Like a lot of parents, I was so busy trying to be everything for everyone else that I forgot to look after myself.' He added that to be the best husband and father, he first needed to be the best version of himself.
Miller described the transformation as a 'work in progress' but expressed pride in his progress. The post received an outpouring of support, with comments from former Love Island star Toni Laites calling him a 'skinny legend' and Emmerdale co-star Kelvin Fletcher joking that the 'lad on left just seems more fun.'
Miller and his wife Steph have three children: Albert (born 2021), Edith (2023), and Vincent (2024). He has previously shared emotional updates about his family, including his father's battle with dementia, urging fans to cherish moments with loved ones.
