Dr Todd has been bullying Jacob at work, gaslighting him and making him feel useless. Jacob, a medical student, has considered quitting his role due to the relentless harassment. Fans have questioned whether Dr Todd is connected to Maya, Jacob's former stepmother who groomed and sexually abused him before being sent to prison.
