EastEnders has seemingly confirmed who will finally expose Bea Pollard (Ronni Ancona) as the manipulative villain she truly is, as her reign of terror in Walford approaches its climax. The creepy character, who arrived in Albert Square with an obsession to infiltrate Honey Mitchell's (Emma Barton) life, has been systematically removing obstacles from Honey's inner circle, including her husband Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick).
Bea's Ruthless Manipulation
Bea successfully manipulated Honey into letting her move into their home, stole Honey's identity to obtain a credit card, and even sabotaged a ladder in an attempt to seriously injure Billy, unaware that Honey would be the next to use it. With any pretence of friendship destroyed, both Bea and Billy have been trying to convince Honey of the other's villainy.
Emma Barton, who plays Honey, explained: 'Honey is people pleasing, and trying to make them both be friends. She definitely knows that there is no love lost between Billy and Bea, and she is constantly trying to convince Billy to warm to her.'
Bea's Latest Scheme
Bea capitalised on a failed date between Honey and Billy, eroding Honey's confidence in her relationship. She also created an AI voice clip of Billy to place on a dating profile. When Billy enlisted Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) to help, Bea publicly announced what they had done, falsely claiming Billy had previously tried to sleep with her. This led to Billy being kicked out and Bea being welcomed back.
Will Mitchell Steps In
However, Billy and Honey's son, Will (Freddie Phillips), smelt a rat and sought out his dad, admitting he believed his father had been set up. Next week, Will continues to investigate Bea, determined to reunite his parents and break Bea's spell over his mum.
Spying his opportunity, Will snatches Bea's phone and searches it for incriminating information. With the evidence he finds, he heads back to his dad, and they decide how best to move forward. The question remains: can a deeply devious and twisted Bea be felled by a teenager trying to help his parents reunite, or will Will become another victim of her insanity?
