Penn paired the short tweed skirt and matching jacket with a black crop top, showing off her toned abs. She completed the look with black heels, a ponytail, and silver earrings.
French actress Clémence Poésy, 38, joined her on the red carpet in a navy dress with silver buttons and black boots. The pair also attended the opening ceremony on Friday and the screening of Stillwater.
Stillwater, starring Matt Damon, received a five-minute standing ovation at Cannes. Damon reportedly teared up at the reaction. The film follows a man travelling from Oklahoma to France to help his daughter, played by Abigail Breslin.
