The Bafta-winning home transformation show DIY SOS is back for its 34th series on BBC One, with Nick Knowles returning to lead the team. The first episode aired last week, continuing the programme's tradition of heartfelt community projects.
In this episode, Knowles, designer Gabrielle Blackman, and a team of volunteers help Anna and Dan in south Wales. Dan, a wheelchair user following a car accident, requires a home adapted to support his rehabilitation and mobility needs.
The show, which first aired 26 years ago, remains focused on transforming homes for families in challenging circumstances. The 34th series promises to maintain the emotional depth that has made it a long-running favourite.
