In a TikTok video, the 53-year-old actress explained that she had been dealing with the loss of her mother and a severe chest infection. She said: "The beginning of this year, I got a chest infection from two of the gorgeous little babies at work. Actually, when we were filming the wedding, I had been coughing and coughing and coughing... My right lung was hurting, my chest was hurting anyway, it was sick of the coughing, it was inflamed."
She described how she choked on a mint she was sucking to soothe her symptoms, causing a violent cough that felt like she tore an intercostal muscle.
