Coronation Street's Mal Roper Actor Tim Treloar's Past TV Roles Revealed

Coronation Street recently introduced a new character, Mal Roper, played by actor Tim Treloar, in a storyline involving Bernie Winter. Mal first appeared in the cafe, claiming to be the husband of Roy Cropper's penpal Alice, leading to a confrontation with Roy.

Mal later bonded with a grieving Bernie at a bar, and they continued drinking in his hotel room. However, when Mal made advances, Bernie rejected him. The episode ended with Bernie unconscious in a club toilet, leaving viewers concerned.

Bernie later confessed to her husband Dev that she had taken drugs and collapsed, but did not mention Mal's involvement. In upcoming episodes, Mal falsely tells Roy that the flat needs rewiring to stay close to Bernie, and continues to pursue her.
