Christina's Secret Exposed After Mystery Calls
Coronation Street spoilers for next week will expose Christina Boyd's secret. Only recently, Christina, played by Amy Robbins, has been causing suspicion on the cobbles with her secretive behaviour and calls.
At first, soap watchers thought it might have been to do with Theo Silverton's murder as Christina was revealed as one of the suspects. However, after Sarah Platt was revealed as the true culprit last week, Christina's secret is set to be exposed next week.
George's Suspicion Grows
In upcoming scenes, as George Shuttleworth apologises to Summer Spellman for ever suspecting her of murdering Theo, Christina goes to put the kettle on. However, her phone soon vibrates and upon seeing who it is, her face drops and she quickly kills the call.
Later, when George suggests a romantic dinner at the Bistro, Christina turns him down, making out that she's taken on another cleaning job, leaving George disappointed.
Glenda's Discovery
Meanwhile, George's sister Glenda Shuttleworth is still suspicious about Christina to which she rifles through her handbag and is shocked at what she finds.
The next day, George is concerned about Christina's behaviour and he follows her to the precinct to find out what is going on. However, George soon watches in horror as she meets up with a man and embraces him. A furious George soon bounds over and demands to know what's going on...
Christina's Confession
Later, Christina confesses to George exactly how much trouble she is in. Offering some advice, George encourages her to come clean to her friends and hope they will understand...
Actress Amy, 55, joined the cobbles back in 2023 as Christina, who is the mother of Daisy Midgeley. Daisy, played by Charlotte Jordan, left the cobbles in 2025.
Amy is best known for playing Dr Jill Weatherill in The Royal from 2003 to 2011. Other roles include Defence Barrister Milligan in Emmerdale in 2022, Caren in EastEnders in 2019 and Lynette Drinkwell in Hollyoaks in 2017. The actress also played Police Sergeant Rachel James, in the BBC One hospital drama Casualty for one series, and appeared in BAFTA winning TV film My Beautiful Son alongside Julie Walters.
