Television favourite Coleen Nolan is charting a bold new course with a deeply personal live tour, as significant changes to ITV's daytime schedule prompt a move beyond her long-standing role on Loose Women.
A New Chapter on Stage
Following the success of her 2024 show Naked, Coleen is launching a second UK tour titled This Is Me next month. This one-woman production promises to guide audiences through the full spectrum of her life, from her Blackpool childhood to her early fame. She first appeared on television at just nine years old on The Cliff Richard Show as part of the original Nolan Sisters lineup.
The show will not shy away from tougher times, including her divorces from Shane Ritchie and Ray Fensome, and her shocking diagnosis with basal-cell carcinoma. Coleen emphasises that authenticity is paramount. "It's very difficult to keep up a persona that isn't truly authentic," she told Woman’s Weekly.
Embracing Honesty Amid Change and Loss
When asked if her openness ever leaves her feeling exposed, Coleen had a firm response. "I can only answer that I can sleep better knowing I've been honest," she stated. This philosophy extends to her approach to the show, which she describes as "about embracing life, telling the truth, having a laugh and celebrating who we are — wrinkles, wobbly bits and all."
The past year has been particularly challenging for the star. It began with the tragic loss of her sister, Linda, to cancer. Coleen admitted that Christmas 2025 was "extremely hard" without her, noting Linda was "the life and soul of family occasions."
This period of personal grief coincided with professional transition. Loose Women, the show she has been a part of since 2000, is undergoing major changes as ITV scales back its daytime output to cut costs. Coleen expressed sadness at leaving the iconic Television Centre, where her TV career began decades ago, and saying goodbye to crew members she's worked with for over twenty years.
Looking Forward with Music and Family
Despite the bittersweet farewells, Coleen is focused on the future. She confirmed that Loose Women will return in a new format from different studios. Meanwhile, her tour is designed to take fans on an emotional journey. "The This is Me show is about embracing life, telling the truth, having a laugh and celebrating who we are," she reiterated.
The live experience will also feature several songs and a special guest appearance from her 36-year-old son, Shane Jr. For Coleen Nolan, this new venture is a chance to connect with her audience on her own terms, blending laughter, tears, and raw honesty as she steps into the next act of her career.
