Clive Owen has spoken publicly for the first time since his separation from wife Amanda Owen, admitting he 'behaved badly' towards her. The couple, stars of Channel 5's 'Our Yorkshire Farm', announced their split in 2022.
In an interview on ITV's Lorraine, Owen told Christine Lampard that the pressures of the show contributed to the breakdown of their marriage. 'It was taking her away I think, it wasn't. She was committed and we were all committed but it seemed to eat away at me and I handled it badly and behaved badly towards her,' he said.
The couple, who have nine children, had been married for over 20 years before their separation. Owen's comments mark the first time he has addressed the split publicly.
