Chloe Sims has spoken candidly about her regret over the fallout with her sisters, Frankie and Demi, during the filming of her reality show House of Sims. The 42-year-old former TOWIE star, who left the ITVBe show in 2021 after being its longest-serving cast member, admitted she is not proud of how she handled the breakdown of their relationships. The sisters' rift was a central storyline in the first season, which aired on OFTV before moving to Netflix, and culminated in a heated argument where Chloe stormed off set in tears.
Chloe, who has spent the last 18 months living in Los Angeles, revealed that the distance from Essex has led to significant personal growth. She told OK! magazine that the pressure to maintain a 'perfect' image has diminished, and she no longer feels the need to adhere to the strict gym routines and diets that once consumed her. 'It sounds really weird because I haven't really spoken about this, but I've realised that Chloe from TOWIE doesn't exist any more,' she said. 'I could just be anyone I wanted, and that took away a lot of the pressure of perfection.'
Despite the changes, Chloe remains grateful for her time on TOWIE but acknowledges she is a different person now. 'I don't look down on who I was, and I'll always be grateful to TOWIE, but I'm just not that person any more. I'm more mature, more chilled out and I feel happier to be honest,' she shared. She is currently renovating a country home in Essex, which will serve as her UK base, and is temporarily living with her grandmother, Linda.
Chloe also spoke about her 19-year-old daughter Madison, who splits her time between LA and Essex. She expressed relief that Madison does not have to work immediately, unlike Chloe who started working at age 15. 'I feel like I've worked my a**e off, and if I want to do that for her, I will,' she said. The reality star is taking a break from House of Sims in the UK but remains focused on her personal well-being and family.
