Celebrity Traitors Winners Crowned as Romesh and Bash Take £83,000
Celebrity Traitors Winners Revealed: Romesh and Bash Win

Romesh Ranganathan and Sebastian "Bash" Croft have been crowned winners of The Celebrity Traitors series two, walking away with a share of £83,000 for their chosen charities.

The pair triumphed in the nail-biting finale of the BBC show on Friday (October 30) night, hosted by Claudia Winkleman.

Final Murders and Banishes

Welsh actor Michael Sheen was revealed as the final celebrity to be murdered by Traitors Maya Jama and King Kenny. After discovering his fate, Michael said: "The time has come, can’t say I'm surprised, but I am incredibly disappointed, gutted that I got so close to the end. It's been absolutely unforgettable, and I’ve loved every minute."

Following a tense round table, Love Island presenter Maya received the most votes from her co-stars and became the last contestant to be banished from the castle. After being banished, Maya said: "Thank you, alright, love you all, good luck, you're going to need it."

Traitor Kenny and four remaining Faithfuls—James Blunt, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Romesh, and Sebastian—all made it through to the dramatic end game.

End Game Showdown

During the final End Game showdown, Leigh-Anne, James, and Kenny were all banished. All five celebrities decided there was still a Traitor in the group, and Little Mix's Leigh-Anne received the most votes and was therefore banished from the castle.

The remaining contestants voted again, and this time pop star James was sent packing, leaving just three contestants—two Faithful and one Traitor. The third vote went down to deadlock, with both Kenny and James receiving two votes each. Romesh and Sebastian got the chance to confer and decided to banish James after some deliberation.

Claudia later shared that the game had ended, and both Sebastian and Romesh revealed their true identities as the two Faithfuls celebrated their win.

Fan Reaction and Previous Winner

Fans shared their verdict at home on X, formerly known as Twitter. One fan said: "Brilliant end. Shame about Blunty, let the side down a bit, but clearly a good faithful in general. Glad the Traitors missed out." Another added: "very very happy with this win #CelebrityTraitors." A third person said: "Though congrats to the winners. That was a thrilling finale. #CelebrityTraitors."

Romesh and Sebastian follow in the footsteps of Alan Carr, who won the first series last year. Playing as a Traitor, the comedian successfully deceived the last remaining Faithfuls—Nick Mohammed and David Olusoga—to take home the entire prize pot alone. Alan secured £87,500 for Neuroblastoma UK, a children's cancer charity for which he serves as a long-term patron.

The series one finale became the most-watched UK television broadcast of 2025, peaking at 12 million live viewers, and earned Alan a National Television Award for Special Recognition and a BAFTA. The Celebrity Traitors is available to watch on BBC iPlayer.
