Celebrity Traitors Shocked By Unprecedented Double Murder

The first two victims of The Celebrity Traitors have spoken out after being murdered and banished in a dramatic opening episode. Paloma Faith was the first Faithful murdered by the Traitors, while Niko Omilana was the first Faithful banished at the Round Table.

Paloma Faith admitted she found the experience nerve-wracking due to her large personality. 'I knew that I couldn't fade into the background,' she said. 'I felt like my Spidey senses kicked off very early on. I was potentially, in hindsight, oversharing a lot of stuff.' Despite being a Faithful, she expressed a desire to have been a Traitor, saying she would have been 'quite a playful Traitor'.

Niko Omilana, a fan of the show, was disappointed to be banished early. 'I really wanted to be a Traitor, badly,' he said. 'I had a good game plan in mind but just didn't get a chance to see it through really.' He also revealed a fear of public speaking, which he confronted at the Round Table: 'I was quite nervous when I first started talking, but then as it went on, I felt more confident.'

Both contestants praised the Missions, with Faithal noting the 'thrilling group achievement' of the Trojan horse task. Omilana, however, felt his fate was sealed early: 'From the moment I was put in that coffin I knew I was in trouble.'

Faithal named Nick Mohammed as her pick to win, describing him as 'kind, considerate and clever'. Omilana summed up his experience in three words: 'Oh, he'll have a big smile on his face if he's been watching!'
