Celebrity Traitors: Romesh and Sebastian Win Final

Romesh Ranganathan and Sebastian Croft have won Celebrity Traitors, securing the first faithful victory in the series after a dramatic final that included betrayals, accusations, and a final twist.

The BBC competition, set in a Scottish castle, concluded on Friday night after three weeks of deception. The remaining celebrities competed to win prize money for their chosen charities. A total of 21 famous faces entered the competition, but only a handful reached the final.

Road to the Final

The penultimate episode saw Joanne McNally and Sharon Rooney leave, but the biggest shock came when James Acaster openly admitted to being a Traitor. Comedian Michael Sheen had grown suspicious of Acaster after noticing he was the only player in the library during the murder of former EastEnders star Ross Kemp.

Rather than continue denying it, Acaster admitted he had been recruited as a Traitor despite wanting to remain a Faithful. His confession led to his banishment, setting up an unpredictable final.

Final Betrayals

In Friday's episode, Traitors Maya Jama and King Kenny murdered Michael Sheen, who had become suspicious of Maya. Reflecting on his departure, Michael said: "The time has come, can’t say I’m surprised, but I am incredibly disappointed, gutted that I got so close to the end. It's been absolutely unforgettable, and I've loved every minute."

At the Round Table, tensions escalated. Kenny cast the decisive vote against Maya, his fellow Traitor, leaving her visibly stunned. Leigh-Anne Pinnock was next to be banished, followed by James Blunt.

Faithful Victory

With three remaining, King Kenny almost won as the solo traitor, but Sebastian convinced Romesh that Kenny was a traitor. James chose not to end the game and was subsequently banished. Romesh and Sebastian split the prize pot equally, marking the first faithful win for Celebrity Traitors.
