Celebrity Traitors 2026 finale release date confirmed

The Celebrity Traitors 2026 finale will air on Friday, October 30 at 8pm on BBC One and iPlayer, following the semi-final broadcast on Thursday, October 29 at the same time.

The competition, which launched earlier this month, features 21 well-known personalities competing for £100,000 for good causes. Three Traitors remain in the game: Love Island host Maya Jama, comic James Acaster, and online creator King Kenny, all of whom have avoided suspicion so far.

Semi-final and finale schedule

The semi-final airs this Thursday, October 29 at 8pm on BBC One and iPlayer. The finale follows on Friday, October 30, running for an extended 80 minutes and concluding at 9.20pm.

A synopsis for the finale teases: "As the ultimate game of deception and trust draws to a close, the stakes have never been higher as the celebrity players face their final, explosive mission."

Faithfuls' trust in Traitors

The Faithfuls selected the Traitor trio as the most reliable players just days before the finale, leaving viewers questioning whether the heroes can triumph this series. The synopsis adds: "With the prize fund complete, will the pressure of winning cloud anyone's vision? Will the Faithful banish all of the Traitors to secure victory, or will the Traitors manage to deceive until the bitter end?"

Lineup and past winner

The initial series two lineup featured Amol Rajan, Bella Ramsey, James Blunt, Jerry Hall, Joanne McNally, Joe Lycett, Julie Hesmondhalgh, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Michael Sheen. Stars including Miranda Hart, Myha'la, Professor Hannah Fry, Richard E. Grant, Rob Beckett, Romesh Ranganathan, Ross Kemp, Sebastian Croft, and Sharon Rooney subsequently joined the 2026 competition.

Comedian Alan Carr won The Celebrity Traitors series one last year, concealing his status as a Traitor through to the finale. The Celebrity Traitors can be streamed on BBC iPlayer.
