Cat Deeley was reduced to tears on This Morning after co-host Ben Shephard made a risqué joke at Paul Hollywood's expense. The 59-year-old celebrity baker was demonstrating how to make Chelsea buns when the cheeky comment was made.
As Hollywood iced the buns, Deeley remarked, 'Oh, he's drizzling as we speak, he's drizzling!' Shephard then quipped, 'He never looks more attractive than when he's drizzling.' The studio erupted in laughter, with guests Orlando Bloom, Bryce Dallas Howard, and Nick Mohammed also amused.
Hollywood responded sarcastically, 'Thank you Ben,' to which Shephard apologised. Deeley struggled to regain composure, clutching her stomach as she tried to stop laughing. Shephard also wiped tears from his eyes before attempting to steer the show back on track.
The episode also featured Martin Kemp, who addressed his recent cheeky comments about scheduling intimacy with his wife Shirlie Holliman. Kemp defended his remarks, saying they were made in good humour, adding, 'My family have grown up taking the mickey out of each other.'
