Big Brother: The Reunion release date confirmed by ITV

ITV has confirmed that Big Brother: The Reunion, a special 60-minute episode hosted by AJ Odudu and Will Best, will bring the 2026 housemates back together after the series final. The show will air on ITV2 and ITVX on Friday, 6 November, a move fans have been requesting for years.

A One-Off Special After the Final

The episode will reunite this year's housemates following the conclusion of the current series. The cast will look back on the moments, friendships and fallouts that shaped their time in the house, with viewers promised big revelations and plenty of unfinished business.

ITV Commissioner David Smyth said fans could expect "plenty of surprises, laughter, and perhaps a few scores to settle." He explained: "Big Brother has created some of the most iconic and talked-about moments in reality TV this year, and we’re looking forward to reuniting our housemates to reflect on their unforgettable journeys."

Record-Breaking Viewership

The current series has already accumulated 37 million streams on ITVX, marking a 58% increase in viewership compared to last year. This contributes to over 200 million streams for the Big Brother brand overall.

According to ITV's official announcement today (October 20), the one-off episode will be "set against the unmistakable backdrop of the Big Brother house." The announcement adds: "The series’ stars will reunite to revisit the moments, friendships and fallouts that defined their time in the house. Expect big revelations, unfinished business and plenty of drama as they look back on the moments that had the nation talking and reveal where they stand now."
