Bella Hadid Shows Off Jet Ski Skills During Cannes Break
Bella Hadid Jets Across Cannes Waters in Purple Swimsuit

Bella Hadid showcased her jet ski prowess as she took a refreshing dip in the waters during a respite from the bustling Cannes Film Festival on Thursday. The 29-year-old model, who had earlier flaunted her sculpted physique aboard a superyacht earlier in the week, spent quality time with friends soaking up the warm sunshine along the French Riviera.

Hadid has been maintaining a hectic schedule, gracing the red carpet at the star-studded film festival, which is slated to conclude on May 23. For her aquatic outing, she donned a dark purple one-piece swimsuit accented with a blue trim, allowing her damp tresses to flow naturally past her shoulders. She completed the look with a pair of stylish sunglasses.

The media personality was spotted riding a yellow jet ski, accompanied by a friend for the low-key excursion. Earlier in the week, she also enjoyed time on a luxurious three-level yacht named the Seven Sins, where she performed a death-defying leap from the top deck into the sea, much to the astonishment of onlookers who captured the moment on their phones.

Hadid arrived at the Cannes Film Festival, which kicked off on May 12, and has been filtering through a busy schedule of events. On Sunday, she attended the premiere of Garance in a glamorous white strapless satin gown with beaded detailing and a matching off-the-shoulder jacket, complemented by diamond earrings and white heels. She was joined by her brother Anwar, 26.

The following day, Hadid brought her mother, Yolanda, 62, as her date to the Chopard Miracle Gala. She stunned in a sleek gold sequined gown with a plunging neckline and elegant train, accessorized with a huge diamond necklace and bronzed makeup. Yolanda wowed in a red shirt dress.

On Wednesday, Hadid joined fellow supermodel Heidi Klum at the premiere of La Bataille de Gaulle, L'Age de Fer. She wore a daring white lace mermaid gown that plunged to her navel, held together by a black brooch, and went braless. The gown featured a black bow embellishment at the back.

In a recent interview with Harper's Bazaar, Hadid reflected on her evolving style and adaptability to different environments. 'I adapt to whatever environment I'm in,' she said. 'We're all so multifaceted as human beings and we can really change it up whenever we want.' She also noted that her days are now more focused on work, with less room for play as she gets older in the fashion industry.

De Gaulle is an upcoming two-part biographical film directed by Antonin Baudry, co-written with Berenice Vila, based on the nonfiction book A Certain Idea of France: The Life of Charles De Gaulle by Julian Jackson. It stars Simon Abkarian as Charles de Gaulle. The first part, Tilting Iron (French: L'Age de fer), premiered at Cannes and will be released theatrically in France by Pathe on June 10.
