Viewers of The Great British Sewing Bee were left furious after the latest episode saw Peter eliminated, with many taking to social media to declare it was the 'wrong decision'. The double elimination came after no one was sent home in the previous week due to contestant Glendora's illness.
During the episode, contestants tackled a seven-panel cap, transformed unwanted cycling gear, and created athleisure outfits for the Made to Measure round. Despite their efforts, Peter and Saffie were sent home by judges Patrick Grant and Esme Young.
Fans expressed their disappointment online, with one writing: 'Disappointed to see Peter go, I think he had a lot more to give.' Another added: 'No way not Peter! Wrong decision.' Peter, 45, said he half-expected to be eliminated, acknowledging the judges' feedback was justified.
