The reality programme follows Amanda, her husband Clive, and their nine children as they renovate a centuries-old farmhouse in the Yorkshire Dales.
In a candid social media post, Amanda thanked the team for capturing the 'flare ups, feuds and **** ups' of family life, insisting the show is a non-scripted, accurate portrayal of farming realities. She praised the crew for handling snow drifts, incessant rain, and constant distractions 'without going completely mad'.
The mother-of-nine also highlighted the show's focus on heritage and overlooked craftsmen, describing it as 'an aesthetically pleasing, gentle series that represents us'. She ended with thanks to producers Paul, Jayne, Mark, Rebecca, and Lindsay, as well as commissioning editor Jo Cantello.
