Netflix subscribers have just days left to stream the Australian horror film Talk To Me, which will be removed from the platform on April 25. Directed by Danny and Michael Philippou, the 2022 film follows a group of friends who discover they can conjure spirits using an embalmed hand, leading to terrifying consequences.
The film has been widely praised by critics and audiences, earning a 94 per cent rating on Rotten Tomatoes. One IMDb reviewer called it 'one of the best horror films I've seen in a while', while another said they 'feel sick' from the genuine dread it evoked. A viewer also described it as 'the scariest movie I have ever seen in my life'.
Starring Sophie Wilde, Alexandra Jensen, Joe Bird and Otis Dhanji, Talk To Me has been noted for its exploration of grief, addiction, and social media trends. One fan on X wrote that it 'got me scared to go to sleep tonight', while another said they 'genuinely left the theatre rattled and spooked'.
