The world's No.1 darts player, Luke Littler, will take on up to 20 challengers in a live event where each contestant hopes to become the first to beat him and claim the £501,000 jackpot. The showdown is being broadcast live on Netflix.
Event format and venue
Littler will face the players in a single leg of 501. The event is being hosted and filmed at Manchester Central, an exhibition and conference centre converted from the former Manchester Central railway station in Manchester City Centre.
Beat Luke Littler will be streamed live globally on Netflix from 7pm UK time tonight (October 30). Littler and his challengers appeared in person at the Arndale Centre on Thursday evening (November 29) to take part in a special photoshoot.
How the competition works
Netflix has revealed that the pressure will build as the night unfolds. Sixteen challengers will be put into four groups of rising difficulty, with random draws deciding who steps up to face Luke next.
The eight most experienced challengers will then go head to head. Viewers will get the chance to vote interactively using their TV remote, putting the final four throwers in the hands of the public.
Hosts and challengers
Beat Luke Littler will be hosted by sports broadcaster and former professional footballer Gary Lineker, with darts fan Richard Osman joining as expert analyst.
The challengers up for public vote throughout the live show are: Katie Sheldon (22), aka The Dublin Diamond, vs Sonny Johal (29), aka The Viking; Bhav Patel (36), aka Breaking Bhav, vs Zac Griffiths (25), aka Boy In The Corner; Fallon Sherrock (32), aka Queen Of The Palace, vs Jarod Becker (23), aka The Finisher; and Jacob Gwynne (27), aka The Cracker, vs Ashley Coleman (29), aka The Prince of Darkness.
The 19-year-old from Warrington, nicknamed 'The Nuke', made history by becoming the youngest-ever PDC World Darts Champion, winning his first world title aged just 17 in 2025. He successfully defended his crown in 2026, securing back-to-back world titles.
