As is the case each month, Netflix UK will be removing a number of films and TV shows from its library in August 2024, often without warning subscribers. This means titles added to watchlists may suddenly disappear.
Among the notable removals are acclaimed 19th-century chiller The Alienist, German series Perfume, and comedy special Tim Dillon: A Real Hero. While released in the US on TNT, The Alienist was made available to stream on Netflix in the UK.
Netflix Original titles are no longer immune from these removals. The cull also includes Dinotrux Supercharged seasons one to three, a Netflix Original series.
