The Big Bang Theory spin-off, Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage, is set to land on UK screens this April. The sequel to Young Sheldon will air exclusively on TLC and be available for streaming on Discovery+, though an exact date has yet to be confirmed.
The series follows Sheldon Cooper's older brother, Georgie (Montana Jordan), as he navigates marriage and parenthood with his wife Mandy McAllister (Emily Osment). As seen in Young Sheldon, the couple met after both lying about their ages—Georgie claimed to be 21 when he was 17, while Mandy said she was 24 but was actually 29. Now, they face a 12-year age gap while living with Mandy's parents.
This is the third sitcom in The Big Bang Theory franchise and the only one not to feature Sheldon. Two seasons have been released so far, and the latest season is now coming to the UK. The show holds an 89 per cent critics' score on Rotten Tomatoes, though audiences gave it 68 per cent.
Viewers have shared mixed but largely positive reactions. One described it as a 'worthwhile watch,' another called it 'a wonderful addition to The Big Bang universe,' and a third dubbed it their 'comfort show,' saying they 'binged it the whole day.'
