Prince George turns 12 today (Tuesday, July 22), and fans have noted his striking resemblance to the Spencer family, including his late grandmother Princess Diana. A TikTok video compared the young royal to relatives such as his great-grandfather John Spencer, great-uncle Charles Spencer, and cousin Louis Spencer.
The video, which included a heart emoji, stated: 'You can even see his Granny Diana in him.' Commenters agreed, with one writing: 'He could pass as Charles Spencer's son or young Charles Spencer,' while another said: 'I can more see Charles Spencer, Diana's brother.'
However, some fans disagreed. One commented: 'Am I the only one that doesn’t see Charles Spencer in him... I think he looks more like Diana.' Another noted: 'I’ve always said Prince George reminds me of Diana’s father the Earl.'
Others pointed out features from his mother, Kate Middleton. 'He has brown eyes from his mother. The Spencers are blue eyed,' one person said. Another remarked: 'I think George looks like his dad, Charlotte looks like Queen Elizabeth, and Louis looks like his maternal grandfather.'
Born at St Mary's Hospital, London, on July 22, 2013, George spent his early months in Anglesey, Wales, before moving to Kensington Palace in 2014. He completed his first official tour at 10 months old, visiting Australia and New Zealand, and has since taken on royal duties alongside his parents.
