Prince Andrew's Vampire Rant in Emails to Daughters Revealed

Prince Andrew reportedly sent defiant emails to his daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, urging them to attend Peter Phillips' wedding and "hold their heads high" amid ongoing scrutiny of the York family. The emails emerged as Andrew insisted staff continue addressing him by his former royal title, despite him relinquishing it in October 2025 and no longer being a working royal.

Andrew's Frustration and 'Scapegoat' Claims

According to the Daily Mail, Andrew has become increasingly frustrated by his treatment, believing he has been made a "scapegoat." An unnamed royal source claimed Andrew thinks King Charles "has exceeded his authority and acted beyond his powers" and is now "beginning to fight back." The newspaper also reported that Andrew wants his daughters to retain their royal titles and continue supporting what remains of the House of York.

Vampire Rant and Title Demands

Among the most striking claims, Andrew allegedly told staff he would continue using his former royal title inside his own home. He reportedly said he would "damn well" continue to be addressed by his "correct titles" until they "send a vampire to suck out every drop of royal blood in my veins." The Daily Mail also claimed Andrew still expects staff to address him as "Sir" and refer to him by his former title.

Royal Lodge Move and Compensation

The claims follow Andrew's move from Royal Lodge to Marsh Farm Cottage on the Sandringham Estate earlier this year. The Daily Mail reported that Andrew is seeking compensation related to the end of his time at Royal Lodge, as well as a payment for his former wife, Sarah Ferguson. Requests for face-to-face meetings with King Charles have not been granted, with Lord Benyon acting as the main point of contact between the brothers.

Daughters' Living Arrangements Under Review

According to the report, King Charles has been trying to persuade Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie to move out of their grace-and-favour London homes, originally made available during Queen Elizabeth II's reign. Palace officials reportedly wrote to the princesses last year suggesting a review of their living arrangements, followed by another letter in April after no changes were made.

The Express has reached out to Buckingham Palace for comment.
