Pete Wicks has publicly declared his love for girlfriend Olivia Attwood by wearing a T-shirt that read “I love my girlfriend.” The former TOWIE star, 37, was seen in the top in a photo shared by Olivia, 35, on her Instagram, where followers were quick to praise the declaration.
The couple have been making their relationship public after months of speculation, and Pete’s fashion choice made his feelings clear. The reality TV star was pictured playing pool in Olivia’s weekly round-up of images, snapped while chalking up his cue stick and appearing serious.
Fans react to the loved-up post
Fans responded warmly to the post. Nikki Shore commented: “Love this round up and Pete's tshirt,” alongside a love heart eyes emoji. Another user wrote: “OMG the t/shirt,” with a love heart emoji, while the upload was liked by Michelle Keegan.
The latest picture comes almost a week after the pair hard launched their coupling. Olivia had posted a string of intimate snaps of the two of them, showing Olivia wrapping her arms around Pete’s neck while his hands rested on her waist and bum as they kissed. Another image showed Pete with his arms around his girlfriend, kissing her cheek as she looked at the camera, and a third captured Pete placing one hand on her neck and the other on her bum.
Relationship history
Olivia’s final image in that earlier upload showed her legs sprawled out with Pete’s hand resting above her knee, captioned: “Because I missed him...” Love Island host Maya Jama gushed in the comments: “Things we love to see.” Another follower added: “OMG the hardest launch I've ever seen.”
Olivia and Pete have been longtime friends, having met at the Specsavers Awards in London in 2017, and have now moved forward with their relationship. Olivia’s new romance comes months after she ended her marriage to footballer Bradley Dack. The couple called off their relationship in January after over two years married, with Olivia quickly moving out of their Cheshire home and later confirming the separation was due to a breach of trust, describing the situation as “deeply painful” and “humiliating”.
Bradley has also moved on. His girlfriend Emily Rose Moloney recently shared a photo of a huge bouquet of red roses after reuniting with the footballer, captioning the image: “End of London summer for me,” followed by a heart emoji, without explaining who gave her the flowers. After Bradley was spotted in London and photographed heading back to a flat with Emily last month, Olivia took a swipe at “bits on the side,” writing on Instagram: “I have definitely beat up myself over my poor judgement over the past decade. But I guess I could have spent 10 years as the bit on the side / professional bench warmer … so silver linings I guess.”
