Michelle Keegan shares daughter update amid Mark Wright's health woes

Michelle Keegan has shared a sweet update on her daughter as they spent quality time together after Mark Wright was seen speaking about his recent health woes.

The actress, who hails from Stockport, and TV star husband Mark announced they'd welcomed their daughter into the world on March 12, 2025, almost a week after she was born, and they confirmed their unique name for the first child, Palma Elizabeth Wright.

While the pair largely keep their daughter, now one, out of the spotlight, having not shared her likeness publicly, it was on Sunday (August 16), that Michelle shared a photo of her little girl as they enjoyed a day out at Hampton Court Palace.

Palma's Day Out

Having shared a picture of the Grade I listed royal palace, the former Coronation Street star went on to share a photo of her walking through the stunning grounds, in which she could be seen sporting a summery white dress.

It was then afterwards that she shared a picture of Palma, with her back to the camera, as she gazed up at an intricate stained-glass window. "She's going to be a history geek just like her mummy [heart emoji]," Michelle captioned the post in view of her 7.3 million followers.

Mark Wright's Back Injury

The updates come after Mark revealed he has been battling ongoing back pain for the past five weeks after he initially dismissed a "pop" or "tear" as a muscular injury, before an ultrasound has suggested that he may have suffered another fracture.

Last week, the former The Only Way is Essex (TOWIE) star posted a video on his golfing TikTok account, which he captioned: "It's been a tough few months to say the least," in which he explained that he was having a CT scan to determine the extent of the suspected fracture, noting that "it's not looking good" and he could be unable to play golf for three months.

"You've probably been thinking, 'Where's he been? Where's the golf content?' Well, remember that stress fracture I had on my rib, on the right side, a couple of months back?" he said. "About five weeks ago I felt a pop, or a tear, in my back, and I just thought it was a muscular thing."

"But five weeks on, and it's not better, so I went for an ultrasound scan last night, and it looks like I've got another fracture. I think I did them at the same time. This has been going on since February, by the way, so I've had five weeks of golf in pain, by the way. So, I'm here about to have a CT scan to see the results; it's not looking good."

Mark, 39, continued: "It's been a devastating year, but that's what you get, I suppose, for training - doing too much, trying to get down too quick. Next time, I need to manage my body, but I don't know how long; if it's a deep fracture I could be 12 weeks. Absolutely gutted."
