The timing aligns with the daily routines of Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. Prince Louis recently started at the Willcocks Nursery School in London, following his sister Charlotte. However, unlike his older siblings who began nursery at age two-and-a-half, Louis started later, at age three, due to coronavirus restrictions.
During much of the lockdown, the Cambridge family resided at Anmer Hall in Norfolk rather than their London home at Kensington Palace near Willcocks. Consequently, Louis began nursery at the start of the summer term rather than in January. Prince George attended Westacre Montessori School in Norfolk, while Princess Charlotte started at Willcocks at age two years and eight months after the family moved to London.
