Harry and William Could Reunite at Cousin's Wedding

Prince Harry and Prince William are reportedly set to reunite at a key upcoming event – the wedding of their cousin Lady Eliza Spencer. The Duke of Sussex and the Prince of Wales have not been on speaking terms for some time, but both are expected to be guests at the non-royal family event with their Spencer relatives.

Cousin Hints at Guest List

While a wedding date has yet to be confirmed, Eliza and her partner, Channing Millerd, are reportedly in the early planning stages for their big day. Eliza hinted that she would invite both her cousins, Prince Harry and Prince William, to her special day.

She made this hint on Wednesday evening at the official launch of her rosé brand Lala V at Knightsbridge drinks retailer Hackstons. The event took place hours after Harry landed at Birmingham Airport on a private jet with his wife and children, with Eliza saying it was “exciting” to have her cousin living back in the UK.

Family Ties

When asked by The Mirror if she would invite both her royal cousins to her wedding, Eliza made it clear that family members will definitely be on the guest list, hinting that there would be an invite for both the estranged brothers.

This comes as no surprise, with Eliza having attended Harry’s wedding to Meghan Markle in 2018, and William’s wedding to Princess Catherine in 2011.

Brothers' Relationship

It is not known how often Eliza still talks to her royal cousins; it is believed she is on good terms with both of them. Her upcoming wedding could therefore act as the perfect opportunity for William and Harry to reunite.

It is well-known that the brothers have had a tense relationship over the last few years, with minimal contact since Harry’s memoir Spare in 2023. Royal fans are eager to see if Harry’s relocation to Britain could change the relationship between the brothers. Prince William has so far shown no desire to reconcile with Harry.

It is not known if there are any plans for Harry to see his brother anytime soon. It is, however, likely Harry, Meghan Markle, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet will be seeing King Charles more frequently now they are based in the UK.
