Danielle Armstrong has been spotted filming the TOWIE Christmas special in Liverpool, despite rumours she has quit the show. The 29-year-old, who has reportedly left the ITVBe programme to get over on/off boyfriend James Locke, was seen arriving at the Mansion Club in a revealing dress alongside her co-stars.
Other cast members included Georgia Kousoulou, who wore thigh-high boots and an oversized T-shirt, Chloe Sims in a daring black mini dress, and Megan McKenna in a curve-hugging ensemble. The group filmed at the Shankly Hotel, where a source told the Mirror that 'the champagne has been flowing all weekend'.
According to the Daily Star Sunday, Danielle wants to 'get her head straight' before returning to the show. A source said: 'Dani loves TOWIE and the last thing she wants to do is leave the show. But she is still struggling to get over James and doesn't think she'll be able to do that while they are constantly filming scenes together.'
Danielle, who joined TOWIE in 2013, will not appear in the 20th series. James recently said he would love to be with her but 'can't' at the moment. The Christmas special is currently being filmed in Liverpool.
