Real Housewives of Miami star Stephanie Shojaee has openly discussed her recent cosmetic enhancements during BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas. The 41-year-old reality television personality confirmed undergoing at least three separate procedures following her debut in the show's seventh season earlier this year.
Revealing Her Enhanced Figure
During a panel discussion with fellow RHOM cast members on Saturday, Stephanie Shojaee drew attention to her appearance by mentioning she was displaying more cleavage than usual. When asked to describe her "Vegas Steph" persona, she responded with characteristic candour. "She's wild," Stephanie declared. "I'm out here drinking. I'm showing boobies — I got them done not long ago."
Her co-star Larsa Pippen, who herself sported noticeably plump lips throughout the convention, quickly interjected to claim partial credit for Stephanie's newly augmented bust. "Stephanie and I became friends and she's a whole new person," Larsa joked. "She went to my boob doctor and now she looks like a slut." The playful exchange highlighted the close friendship between the two reality stars.
Comprehensive Procedure Details
Stephanie Shojaee provided further details about her cosmetic journey during Sunday's Housewife2Housewife panel. She revealed undergoing under-chin liposuction several months prior, describing the procedure as "life-changing." This treatment specifically targets fat removal between the neck and chin to minimise the appearance of a double chin.
Beyond her surgical enhancements, the RHOM star also underwent non-surgical treatments. She confirmed receiving CO2 laser resurfacing, an advanced dermatological procedure that removes thin layers of skin to reduce visible signs of ageing. The technology, which has evolved from medical applications to cosmetic use, effectively addresses wrinkles, sun spots, and other skin concerns.
Stephanie additionally mentioned undergoing a lower face lift, though it remains unclear whether this procedure was performed simultaneously with her chin liposuction or as a separate operation.
Addressing Misconceptions and Defending Her Character
Taking advantage of her first major opportunity to connect directly with fans since joining RHOM, Stephanie Shojaee used the platform to address public perceptions about her personality. "For sure the biggest misconception about me is that I only care about money," she asserted during the panel discussion.
She elaborated on this point, emphasising her work ethic and personal values. "I have the biggest heart. I am so giving. I do really like money, but that's not the only thing I like," Stephanie clarified. "I work really hard. I'm at the office every single day, Monday through Monday. I'm addicted to work. I'm very disciplined."
The revelation comes amid ongoing speculation about cosmetic procedures among Bravo celebrities, including Larsa Pippen's own denials of plastic surgery in August, when she attributed her changed appearance to an allergic reaction rather than surgical intervention.
