During a panel discussion with fellow RHOM cast members on Saturday, Stephanie Shojaee drew attention to her appearance by mentioning she was displaying more cleavage than usual. When asked to describe her "Vegas Steph" persona, she responded with characteristic candour. "She's wild," Stephanie declared. "I'm out here drinking. I'm showing boobies — I got them done not long ago."
Her co-star Larsa Pippen, who herself sported noticeably plump lips throughout the convention, quickly interjected to claim partial credit for Stephanie's newly augmented bust. "Stephanie and I became friends and she's a whole new person," Larsa joked. "She went to my boob doctor and now she looks like a slut." Beyond her surgical enhancements, the RHOM star also underwent non-surgical treatments. She confirmed receiving CO2 laser resurfacing, an advanced dermatological procedure that removes thin layers of skin to reduce visible signs of ageing. The technology, which has evolved from medical applications to cosmetic use, effectively addresses wrinkles, sun spots, and other skin concerns.
Stephanie additionally mentioned undergoing a lower face lift, though it remains unclear whether this procedure was performed simultaneously with her chin liposuction or as a separate operation.
