Molly-Mae Hague attended therapy sessions to help her move on from past relationship issues and begin a “fresh chapter” with partner Tommy Fury. The 26-year-old businesswoman and former reality TV star is now living with Fury again, but a month before the move she shared her anxieties with a trauma and grief expert.
In the latest episodes of her Prime Video series Behind It All, Hague described last year's split as her “biggest trauma” and admitted she still feels on edge, particularly around alcohol. She said she did not want to enter the next stage of their relationship carrying “any bad feelings or memories”, and worried that past problems might repeat themselves once she left her own home.
Hague was filmed visiting somatic therapist Rebecca Jax, before asking the cameras to be turned off during the session. She later said the therapy helped her “clear my head” and approach the reunion with a stronger mindset. Jax later posted on social media, praising Hague's openness to “healing beyond the conventional path”.
The series ends with Hague and her daughter Bambi being packed up for the move. Hague said she feels “50 times better” when the relationship is working well and described the upcoming chapter as potentially their “best yet”. She and Fury met on Love Island in 2019, became engaged, and had Bambi before splitting in August 2024 amid cheating rumours Fury has denied.
