Ruben Dias could be forgiven for thinking he has scored a rare own goal after catching sight of Maya Jama in her new lingerie campaign, just weeks after the end of their relationship. The Love Island presenter, 31, has signed a lucrative new deal with Agent Provocateur and is seen modelling the brand's AP Swim 2026 collection. The campaign features a series of racy swimsuits and lingerie sets, including a semi-sheer black bodysuit that accentuates her curves as she clings to gym hoops, completed with peep-toe heels.
Another shot shows Maya reclining by the pool in a turquoise two-piece, her toned physique on full display. In a separate image, a large palm leaf protects her modesty as she poses in spotted bikini bottoms. The presenter appears to be making the most of soaring temperatures during the shoot, which also includes a leopard print bikini and a cut-out swimsuit.
Relationship Breakdown and Allegations
Maya's 18-month relationship with Manchester City defender Ruben Dias ended in April, shortly before she filmed the second series of Celebrity Traitors in Scotland. Since the split, Dias has been accused of 'toe-dipping' on social media, a technique where a user follows someone briefly to gauge interest, then unfollows if not reciprocated. It is understood that Dias used this tactic in March, weeks before the breakup, after encountering model and bridal designer Catarina Duraes online, unfollowing her within 24 hours.
Months earlier, in November 2025, he reportedly employed the same method with a Scottish woman named Claire. A source told The Sun: 'It might just seem like a simple follow online but it’s the intention behind it, following someone to see if they follow back and interact, and always doing it late at night – it’s seedy.' Since the split, Dias has also briefly followed Australian Love Island star Amelia Marni, who lives in London and has a boyfriend, as well as a blonde TikTok influencer named Georgia. However, there is no suggestion he has met or interacted with these women further.
Social Media Activity
Social media users have tracked the footballer's activity, noting that he tends to follow women before unfollowing them the next day. Following reports of their split, both Maya and Dias deleted photos of each other from their Instagram accounts. Over the weekend, Maya remained silent on social media when Dias lifted the FA Cup with Manchester City, despite previously supporting him at matches. Fans noted the timing of the split as City missed out on the Premier League title to rivals Arsenal.
Maya's new campaign with Agent Provocateur marks a confident return to the spotlight, showcasing her as villa-ready in a variety of stylish and revealing outfits.
