Married At First Sight Australia groom Scott McCristal has introduced his new girlfriend, fitness model Brienna Stockdale, on Instagram, following his explosive breakup with ex-wife Gia Fleur. The 33-year-old shared a carousel of loved-up photos with the caption: 'Found you ❤️🔐 @briennastockdale.'
Scott's loyal followers and MAFS co-stars flooded the post with well-wishes. Bride Stella Mickunaite wrote: 'Hard launch !!!! Here for it ! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥,' while groom David Momoh joked: 'My two favourites ❤️ Guess I gotta hide in the toilet alone now.'
The hard launch comes months after Scott's emotional exit from the show, where he broke down in tears, stormed out and threw his wedding ring on the floor during the final dinner party. The scenes followed accusations of betrayal after Gia flirted with her alternative match James.
Scott first hinted at a new relationship in April, telling Star 104.5's Gina & Matty: 'I'm sort of seeing someone. Someone I already knew before... we were friends and it's turned into something.'
Gia has also moved on and is now dating Aussie reality star Alan Wallace, hard-launching him on social media weeks ago and telling fans she finally 'got the love story of her dreams.'
