Love Island's Will Young and Jessie Wynter Announce Engagement

Love Island stars Will Young and Jessie Wynter have announced their engagement, three years after meeting on the reality show. The couple, who finished fifth on the 2023 winter series, got engaged on 9 December 2025 while on holiday in Tasmania.

Will, 26, known as 'Farmer Will', shared the news on Instagram, revealing he had been planning the proposal for over a year. He wrote: 'The love of my life said yes - 09.12.25. On the 9th of December I asked Jessie to marry me.' The couple kept the engagement private for several weeks, celebrating with Jessie's family before sharing it publicly.

In his post, Will described the proposal location on Tasmania's east coast, chosen for its ocean and mountain views. 'I know how much she loves the ocean and the mountains and there's nowhere she loves more than home,' he said. Jessie, 29, commented: 'The most perfect day - I love you so much.'
