Amazon Prime Video has confirmed the cast for Last One Laughing season three, with Roisin Conaty set to enter the game for the first time and Mel Giedroyc returning in a new role. The series launches in 2027.

Jimmy Carr has again brought together 10 of Britain's leading comedians to spend a day together at an unspecified location, where the decor appears inspired by a CBeebies show. The announcement promises more comedy cameos, format twists and surprises designed to make the players laugh.
Format twist and returning star
For the first time, Roisin Conaty will ditch her role as Carr's sidekick and take part in the game. Mel Giedroyc, who appeared in season two, will take on deputy duties in the control room.
