Jesy Nelson, Joanna Page and more tipped for I'm A Celebrity 2026
Jesy Nelson, Joanna Page tipped for I'm A Celebrity 2026

Following the success of I'm A Celebrity South Africa, attention has turned to the line-up for the traditional series later this year. The ITV show, hosted by Ant and Dec, sees celebrities face challenges in the Australian wilderness, including eating insects and encountering dangerous animals. Last year's series featured Martin Kemp, Vogue Williams, Aitch and Jack Osbourne.

Jesy Nelson in talks for six-figure deal

Former Little Mix star Jesy Nelson is the latest name rumoured for the upcoming series. The 35-year-old singer has reportedly held meetings with ITV bosses over a potential six-figure deal. This follows her split from Zion Foster and the diagnosis of their twin daughters with spinal muscular atrophy type 1.

A source told The Sun that 'talks are at a very promising stage', with Nelson keen to take part both professionally and personally. The source added: 'Continuing to raise awareness around SMA for her girls is something Jesy is very keen to do, and she knows she can use a platform like I'm A Celebrity to reach millions.' ITV bosses are reportedly hoping she will sign her contract in the coming weeks.

Joanna Page in 'advanced talks'

Gavin and Stacey actress Joanna Page is also said to be in 'advanced talks' to enter the jungle. The 49-year-old Welsh actress, who played Stacey on the BBC sitcom, has reportedly met with ITV bosses. A source told The Sun that 'all signs are looking positive', describing Page as a 'hugely popular' name.

The source added: 'She's a huge BBC star and it would be a coup if ITV can get her to sign her contract and put her front and centre on their biggest entertainment show.'

Mis-Teeq star and Strictly pro rumoured

Mis-Teeq star Su-Elise Nash, 45, is another potential campmate. The singer rose to fame with the girl group alongside Sabrina Washington and Alesha Dixon, with their single Scandalous reaching number two in 2003. The group are reuniting for a Wembley show this autumn to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their debut album. A source told The Sun that 'there have been early talks for her to be considered'.

Strictly Come Dancing pro Nadiya Bychkova, 36, could also swap the dance floor for the jungle. The Ukrainian dancer left the BBC series after nine years following a cast shakeup. An insider told The Sun: 'Nadiya has always been on the radar but has been unable to take part because of her commitment to Strictly. Now she's a free agent, the offers have been coming in thick and fast.'

Christopher Dean and expected air date

Olympic skater Christopher Dean is also rumoured to be in talks with ITV producers. The 1984 Winter Olympic gold medallist, who previously judged on Dancing on Ice, has been on the show's wish list for years. A source told The Sun: 'He's always been adamant the jungle isn't for him. When bosses came knocking this year, he saw it in a different light.'

There is no official release date for I'm A Celebrity 2026 yet, but it is likely to return in November. Last year, livestreamer AngryGinge was crowned King of the Jungle, with Tom Wilson and Shona McGarty finishing second and third.
