I'm A Celebrity Camp Split in Brutal 'Rivals' Twist as Star Breaks Down
I'm A Celebrity Camp Split in Brutal 'Rivals' Twist

In a dramatic turn of events on Wednesday's episode of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, the ITV reality show delivered its most brutal twist yet, physically dividing the camp and pitting celebrities against each other in a series of gruelling challenges.

The Rivals Twist Divides Camp

Hosts Ant and Dec unveiled the shocking 'Rivals' twist, revealing that the public had paired each campmate with their opponent for upcoming challenges. The stakes couldn't be higher - the outcome would determine who faces the first public vote off and control the camp's food supply.

After a dreary start following an overnight thunderstorm, camp spirits initially remained high with Jack, Eddie and Aitch performing morning dances. Aitch even declared from his treehouse: 'Good morning beautiful people! We're gonna have an amazing day!' However, the mood would soon shift dramatically.

Bushtucker Trials Create Winners and Losers

The celebrities faced off in a series of stomach-churning Bushtucker Trials that would determine their fate:

Lisa Riley vs Martin Kemp in 'Face Off' - The Emmerdale legend dominated, retrieving both stars from boxes of slime and fish guts using only her mouth before Martin secured his first.

Kelly Brook vs Vogue Williams in 'Mind Games' - Vogue powered through eating a pig's brain despite Kelly's gagging protests to claim victory.

Eddie Kadi vs Jack Osbourne in 'Mouthing Off' - In a neck-and-neck race to retrieve stars using only mouths and tongues, Jack ultimately pulled ahead.

Ruby Wax vs Tom Read Wilson in 'Snakey Behaviour' - Ruby correctly guessed there were four snakes in the box while Tom guessed eight, securing her win.

Alex Scott vs Shona McGarty in 'Eye to Eye' - The ex-Lioness downed a shot of raw fish eye juice in one, though she immediately reached for the sick bucket.

Aitch vs AngryGinge in 'Blood Bath' - Sitting in tanks of offal, the friends competed fiercely with Ginge eventually claiming victory.

Win City vs Doomsville: The Great Divide

The six winners - Lisa, Vogue, Jack, Ruby, Alex and Ginge - returned to the main camp, now transformed into purple-decorated 'Win City' where they would enjoy six meals. Meanwhile, the remaining six losers were banished to 'Doomsville', featuring one rock-hard bunk bed and groundsheet beds on the floor, with only rice and beans for dinner.

It was in Doomsville that Celebs Go Dating star Tom Read Wilson emotionally broke down, admitting to his campmates: 'I'm a wreck, sorry… I'm just a wreck today, I can't stop. I think I've opened the floodgates a bit.' The reality star confessed to missing home as the pressure of camp life took its toll.

The rivalry continued as Kelly and Vogue faced off again in the first official 'Rivals' challenge - 'Paint The Town'. Representing Win City, Vogue managed to destroy all the buildings despite Kelly's defensive efforts from Doomsville. The victory earned Win City a reward of cheese and biscuits, deepening the divide between the haves and have-nots.

With the first elimination looming and camp tensions running high, the celebrities now face an uncertain future in the Australian jungle as the competition intensifies.
