Big Brother Australia contestant Holly Young has found herself at the centre of a social media storm after viewers accused her of fabricating a romance with fellow housemate Colin purely for the cameras.

The 31-year-old reality star, who had been regularly seen kissing and cuddling with her 21-year-old love interest on the show's live stream, was caught behaving completely differently when she thought cameras weren't focused on her. A viral video clip shows Holly and Colin sitting separately from each other while another housemate discussed not being 'in it for the money'.
However, the moment Holly made eye contact with the camera, her demeanour dramatically changed. The reality star immediately became affectionate with her on-screen beau, pulling him in for an unexpected cuddle that appeared calculated rather than genuine.

The retired mother added: 'If my sons were lying on the couch at my house having a big snog session, I'd probably give them a whack.'
Despite Holly's protests that Jane was misrepresenting the situation, the older housemate continued her tirade: 'I don't want to walk in on it! I'm sitting on a bed and trying to have a conversation and I can hear you pashing under a blanket.'
