Big Brother fans demand exit after birthday card 'rule break'

Big Brother fans have called for one star's immediate exit from the iconic house after a major rule break that was hidden in plain sight. The chaos is continuing in the Big Brother house, with explosive rows and simmering feuds as two new housemates settle in to their new home for the next few weeks.

But Big Brother fans have spotted a major rule break and have called for immediate punishment from bosses. Last night's episode saw former Made in Chelsea star talking to Big Brother about her birthday as she admitted: "I love my birthday and I love attention."

Sweet gesture under fire

After requesting a tiara for her special day, she went on to say: "Omar has a crush on me so I would hope that he does something good." The camera then cut to Omar writing a makeshift birthday card using one star's lip liner pencil and a tea bag box, before hiding it in her bed for her to find.

However, the sweet act is said to actually be against Big Brother rules, with fans stating contestants cannot share messages or use pens and writing pads unless provided by Big Brother. At the time, fellow housemates were blown away by the heart-warming gesture as Lynx said: "That's very cute", with Rob adding: "That's adorable."

The pair then shared a sweet moment in bed as they confessed their love for one another. However, Pauline noted that it could be a rule violation as she said: "You can't write s***, no matter what it is."

Viewers demand punishment

Viewers at home have demanded a punishment as one person wrote on X: "Nah, a rule break could affect the entire house so she's right for calling it out." Another said: "Preach it Pauline. TWO RULE BREAKS in one episode. Put him up."

A third added: "Pauline is correct that is a rule break", as a fourth echoed: "Stick him up for eviction for breaking the rules." A fifth viewer commented: "Omar breaking two rules in one episode he'd be backdoor evicted if I had any say."

A sixth stated: "Omar doing Rhianna is card is actually ANOTHER rule break." Another asked: "Isn't writing notes a fundamental rule break since Nasty Nick times?!" One person fumed: "This is a rule break so I think he should leave the house."

Second rule violation

The birthday card marked the second apparent rule violation for Omar that episode after he was seen talking about nominations with Rochelle, when they said they believed Twinks would nominate them this week.

In an exclusive clip shown on spin off show The Group Chat, hosts Kate Lawler and GK Barry revealed that Omar and Rochelle will face punishment for their nominations rule break, being thrown in jail in tonight's episode (October 6). But it remains to be seen whether anything will happen with the birthday card - which Rochelle stuck to the wall near Rhianna's bed as she said: "We're like prisoner's, we make inventions up."

Big Brother continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
