Amy Childs Teases 'Bigger and Better' Wedding After Postponing Due to Mum's Health

Amy Childs has revealed she and fiancé Billy Delbosq are planning a 'bigger and better' wedding next year, after postponing their September ceremony due to her mother's heart attack in May. The couple, who appear on the latest series of TOWIE, had already chosen suits, colour schemes and flowers but put everything on hold to focus on family.

Amy's mother, who had a stent fitted after the heart attack, is now recovering but requires plenty of rest. The reality star admitted the ordeal 'turned my life upside down' and that she and her mum are inseparable. Billy described the experience as 'awful', adding that 'your world is just flipped upside down'.

The couple are now looking forward to a two-day event in England or a week abroad for their wedding, with Amy keen to find the perfect dress after previously working with a stylist. 'The pressure is off and we have got back to being us, which is lovely,' Billy said.

Amy also opened up about juggling family life with filming, including a recent trip to Portugal with their two-year-old twins, Billy and Milly. She admitted the twins are at a 'tricky stage' with tantrums, but praised Billy as an 'amazing partner' who idolises her older children, Polly and Ritchie.

The couple steer clear of TOWIE drama, though Amy admitted it's hard when friends are feuding. She also revealed she needs to get back to the gym for her mental health, amid the stress of having builders in the house for a new pool.
