Porsha Williams escorted off Delta flight after alleged verbal assault
Porsha Williams removed from plane after passenger incident

Reality television star Porsha Williams found herself at the centre of a major aviation incident that has now attracted the attention of federal authorities. The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star was escorted off a Delta Air Lines flight following an alleged confrontation with another passenger.

The Incident Unfolds

According to exclusive photographs obtained by the Daily Mail, Williams, 44, was seen speaking with law enforcement officers in a travel terminal after the alleged altercation. The incident occurred on November 16th during a regularly scheduled Delta service from Las Vegas to Atlanta, Georgia.

Williams' lawyer, Joe Habachy, has provided crucial details about what allegedly transpired aboard the aircraft. 'Ms. Williams was verbally assaulted by an irate and unhinged passenger without provocation,' Habachy told The Daily Mail. He further stated that the passenger then made false allegations that contradicted accounts from multiple eyewitnesses.

Federal Investigation Launched

The situation has escalated significantly with the Federal Bureau of Investigation confirming their involvement. A spokesperson for FBI Atlanta revealed to TMZ on Monday that they are 'aware of incident on a Delta flight on November 16th allegedly involving Porsha Williams and/or at least one other person.'

The bureau is currently 'looking to see whether any federal charges may or may not apply' according to their statement. An FBI Atlanta spokesperson provided similar information to Us Weekly, noting that 'it is unknown at this time if federal charges will apply.'

Williams' legal representative has confirmed her full cooperation with authorities. 'Ms. Williams has every intention of cooperating with law enforcement to whatever extent necessary, and remains confident that the passenger will be charged,' Habachy stated.

Flight Details and Aftermath

A Delta Airlines spokesperson confirmed that crew members spoke to two customers during the flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta. Fortunately, 'flight continued on to Atlanta and landed without issue,' according to the airline's statement.

Law enforcement officers met the aircraft upon its arrival at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) to conduct initial investigations. The Delta spokesperson emphasised that this is standard procedure for incidents occurring aboard aircraft, where federal authorities are required to investigate all parties involved.

Williams was returning from BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas when the alleged incident occurred. The reality star had been participating in the weekend's festivities, including an appearance on a panel for 'Getting Lucky at the Love Hotel' alongside fellow Bravo personalities Sonja Morgan and Heather Gay.

Despite the dramatic incident, Williams has since posted on social media about her positive experiences at BravoCon, sharing selfies and photographs with friends and fellow Bravo stars without directly addressing the flight situation.
