Pickford's Wife Wears Son's Shirt for World Cup Match

Jordan Pickford's wife Megan has revealed that a suitcase debacle has meant she might be wearing her son's t-shirt to England's first World Cup match tonight in Philadelphia. Ahead of England's first World Cup 2026 match against Croatia, Megan took to social media to share her predicament.

Social Media Revelation

Megan explained on Instagram: "Arrived in America yesterday...my suitcase did not. Can I wear my 7 year olds top for the game tonight or not?" She posed with her back to the camera, showing a small England top with the word 'DADDY' on the back. In a separate TikTok post, Megan shared a photo of her open suitcase with Katy Perry's song "The One That Got Away" and a caption detailing her "horror" story.

Fans quickly responded with support and humor. One commented: "Noooooo every girls worst nightmare!!!! The outfits you had too, fingers crossed you get it back soon! In the meantime get that daddy shirt on girl." Another said: "Not Megan Pickford wearing a daddy shirt, yes Megan!" Ollie Watkins' wife Ellie even offered help, saying she had three suitcases full. Megan jokingly asked if she had a spare toothbrush.
