Katie Price's Custody Condition: No Social Media Posts of Children
Katie Price's strict custody condition revealed

Former glamour model and television personality Katie Price has reportedly regained full-time custody of her youngest children, but must abide by a strict condition to maintain the arrangement.

The Social Media Ban

Friends of the 47-year-old star have revealed that Katie must stop posting pictures and videos of her five children on social media in order to keep them living with her. The children involved are Harvey, 23, Junior, 20, Princess, 18, Jett, and Bunny.

This condition is said to be a significant challenge for Price, who has frequently shared her family life online throughout her children's lives. A source close to the situation stated, "She had been told by those around her that she cannot publicise them, they need to be given some privacy, that’s something that Katie finds hard."

A Family Reunion for Christmas

Despite the new rule, Katie is reportedly thrilled to have her children back in her new rented home, especially in time for the festive season. She had experienced an empty nest for some time.

"Katie is thrilled to have them back living with her full-time," a friend said. "But she has made a vow that she will not be sharing any pictures of them online. She wants to do the best she can for them and if that means keeping their home life private then so be it."

The friend added that it "will be a bit of a wrench not to be sharing them online, after all they spent so much of their early years on the covers of magazines."

Background and Past Conflicts

The family dynamics have been complex. Katie shares her two eldest children, Princess and Junior, with singer Peter Andre, following their bitter divorce in 2009 after four years of marriage.

Relations were strained further last summer when Katie was not invited to Princess's 18th birthday party, reopening old wounds. Both Princess and Junior had moved in with their father some years ago.

Katie's access to her youngest children had been limited following a legal breach. In March 2025, she pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order taken out by her ex-husband Kieran Hayler's fiancée, Michelle Penticost. The order was originally issued in June 2019 after an incident in a school playground.

Although a judge warned she could face jail, she was instead given an 18-month community order at Lewes Crown Court, requiring 170 hours of unpaid work.

Her eldest son, Harvey, who is severely disabled, spends most of his time in a care facility.

Now, with her children returned, Katie is said to be focused on ensuring they are "happy and settled" in their new living situation, marking a new, more private chapter for the family.
